    This class introduces dynamic movements and controlled challenges, helping you refine technique while pushing past your comfort zone. 

  • (Advanced)

    Reformer Mastery is designed for experienced practitioners ready to refine their skills, increase intensity, and push their limits. 

  • (All Levels)

    This high-energy, low-impact class boosts endurance, improves coordination, and strengthens your core while giving you a fun, heart-pumping workout.

  • Reformer Strength is a dynamic, full-body Pilates workout focused on building muscular strength, control and endurance using the resistance of the Reformer. Perfect for those wanting to move with power, precision and purpose.

  • Designed for those recovering from injury, managing pain, or looking for a gentle, supportive movement practice, this class focuses on controlled, low-impact exercises to improve mobility, stability, and strength.

  • (Semi-Private Sessions)

    Experience personalised Pilates training in a semi-private setting at The Physio Pilates Studio. With a maximum of (2-4) participants.

  • (Group Class)

    Using just your body weight (and small props like bands, balls, and rings), this class focuses on core control, flexibility, and full-body alignment.
