Perfect for all levels, with modifications provided to suit your needs.
Rehab Pilates
Recover, rebuild, and restore with Rehab Pilates at The Physio Pilates Studio. Designed for those recovering from injury, managing pain, or looking for a gentle, supportive movement practice, this class focuses on individualised, controlled, low-impact exercises to improve mobility, stability, and strength. Guided by expert instructors, you’ll move safely and effectively toward better movement and function. These classes are claimable through your Health Fund and only have a maximum of 4 participants.
Experience personalised Pilates training in a semi-private setting at The Physio Pilates Studio. With a maximum of (2-4) participants, Studio Pilates allows for individualised programming using reformers, towers, barrels, and other Pilates apparatus. Whether you're working toward specific goals, recovering from injury, or refining your technique, these sessions provide hands-on guidance and tailored progressions to help you move and feel your best.
Studio Pilates
(Semi-Private Sessions)
Strengthen, stabilise, and lengthen with Mat Pilates at The Physio Pilates Studio. Using just your body weight (and small props like bands, balls, and rings), this class focuses on core control, flexibility, and full-body alignment. A great complement to reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates challenges you to build strength from the inside out, improving posture, mobility, and endurance.
