Tegan is a qualified physiotherapist with a background in sports and exercise science. She has a keen interest in lower limb musculoskeletal and sports injuries but treats a wide range of conditions. She takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on, combining hands-on treatment with exercise to help you regain strength and confidence with movement so you can get back to the activities you love. Outside the Studio, you’ll find her enjoying a coastal walk followed by brunch with friends.

Dr. Roxane Labarthe White, PhD is an experienced physiotherapist, Pilates rehabilitation practitioner, and massage therapist with over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience. She holds a PhD in Physiotherapy from Bond University and an Honours degree in Exercise Science from Australian Catholic University, combining evidence-based practice with a holistic approach to movement, recovery, and performance. Roxane has worked across private practice and the Australian Defence Force rehabilitation sector, helping people recover from injury, manage pain, improve mobility, and return safely to work and sport. Her expertise spans musculoskeletal physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, remedial massage, injury prevention, post-operative rehabilitation, and occupational health. Passionate about empowering her clients, Roxane creates personalised treatment programs that integrate hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and education to achieve long-term health and wellbeing.
Outside of her professional life, Roxane is a proud French-Australian, devoted wife, and mum to a blended family of 4 children—two of her own and two stepchildren. She is passionate about living an active, balanced lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, whether exploring nature, hiking, or visiting the beach. An accomplished ultra-runner, Roxane embraces endurance challenges that reflect her resilience, discipline, and commitment to personal growth. Fluent in both English and French, she values cultural diversity, connection, and bringing warmth and authenticity to every aspect of her work and personal life.

Jessica is a physiotherapist and Pilates specialist with over 25 years of experience in clinical movement, rehabilitation, and Pilates instruction. As the founder of Pure Form Pilates & Physiotherapy in Avalon, she has built her career at the intersection of physiotherapy and mindful movement, blending evidence-based practice with a deep understanding of how the body works and adapts.
Jessica is equally at home working with absolute beginners and elite athletes, and has a particular passion for dance medicine and functional movement. Her commitment to ongoing education and her extensive teaching background make her a trusted and respected practitioner, one who genuinely loves adapting sessions to meet each client exactly where they are.
Outside of the studio, Jess is passionate about strength training and HIIT workouts for her own wellbeing. Drawing on current research highlighting the importance of strength training, she loves to incorporate these elements into the Pilates workouts she teaches - creating a comprehensive approach to functional movement and long-term strength.

Tracy is a highly experienced movement practitioner and educator with a passion for helping people move with greater confidence, ease and enjoyment.
With many years of experience in Pilates, movement therapy and allied health, Tracy brings together a broad background in Pilates rehabilitation, yoga therapy, somatic movement, biomechanics and movement education. Her approach is thoughtful, individual and grounded in the belief that movement should support the whole person, not just focus on a single muscle, joint or condition.
Tracy holds a Diploma in Studio and Rehabilitation Pilates and a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, alongside extensive postgraduate training in movement, anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, yoga and somatic exercise. She is also currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Occupational Therapy at Charles Darwin University, continuing to deepen her understanding of health, function and participation across all stages of life.
As both a practitioner and experienced educator, Tracy has spent many years working one-on-one with clients, teaching small groups and training other movement professionals.
Her sessions are welcoming, supportive and tailored to the individual. Whether you’re looking to move more comfortably, rebuild confidence after injury, improve strength and mobility, or simply feel better in your body, Tracy aims to help you find movement that is meaningful, achievable and enjoyable.
